Speaker - Nathan Hain

Nathan Hain is a Senior Product Owner with more than a decade of experience driving enterprise transformation and product innovation across insurance, financial services, and technology platforms. In his current role, he leads strategy and delivery for three core administration systems supporting a leading life insurance and annuities business. Nathan collaborates with six independent development teams and multiple third-party partners to modernize processes, improve data flow, and enhance the end-to-end customer experience.

Throughout his career, Nathan has specialized in bridging business strategy and technology execution—helping organizations harness tools like Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, and enterprise data architectures to streamline operations and deliver measurable impact. He’s known for turning complex challenges into scalable, customer-centered solutions that empower teams and strengthen business outcomes.

 

Speaker - Adil Najmuddin
Topic: From the Director Lens: How Business Analysts Can Thrive in a Changing Delivery Landscape

The way projects get delivered is shifting — faster timelines, higher stakeholder expectations, and a growing demand for measurable outcomes over activity metrics. In this session, Adil shares his insights and observations from the director lens: how AI is reshaping delivery expectations, where business analysts are creating value that directly shapes outcomes, and what it takes to lead in this new landscape. You will gain a new perspective of how your work is seen at the executive level, and how to position yourself to win.
 
 
Adil Najmuddin is the Director of Power Platform Delivery at Protective Life Corporation. He leads a team of senior developers delivering full-scale automation and application solutions across every line of business, driving productivity, agility, and operational efficiency enterprise-wide. Prior to Protective, he held Dynamics 365 Administrator and Business Analyst roles at MGMT3D and Equiniti, delivering CRM and digital transformation solutions across the US and UK. Adil brings over 7 years of enterprise technology leadership experience across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Metropolitan State University, along with Microsoft certifications in Power Platform and Dynamics 365. Outside of work, Adil enjoys traveling, spending time with his wife, and currently lives in Boston, MA.
