Are you a BA who butts heads with your PM or vice versa? Are you looking for proven concepts and approaches for developing functionally harmonious partnerships between the PM and BA roles? - Discussion of the challenges of the role definitions, overlaps and gaps between the BA and PM roles.
- Introduction of collaboration techniques to improve resource allocation, efficiency and effectiveness in getting those projects done and making stakeholders happy
