This is a discussion based on the book Seven Steps to Mastering Business Analysis by Barbara A Carkenord (one of the early founders of IIBA and the CBAP).

- Outline of BA strategies, tasks and techniques (build your BA toolbox)
- Connection of topics to BABOK competencies (for those pursuing certification)

• Parking is available in metered parking spots around the building and in the parking deck.
• The parking deck can be accessed from 16th Street S. as well as 17th Street S.

• The best chance of finding street level parking is in the yellow highlighted area.
o You can then enter the building from the street level access. Blue arrow on the map.
• We will meet in the Jefferey Conference Room
• Take the elevator to the 2nd floor
• Suite 201 is next to the elevators, to your left as you walk towards the hospital. Red star on the map.
o If you get on to the crosswalk, you have gone too far.
