Join us for our monthly chapter meeting as we welcome Martina Svoboda. Martina is an Agile Enablement Lead at Southern Company.
Lean-Agile Leadership is a foundation of a successful Agile organization. Leaders not only support the transformation, they have to actively lead the change. Directive style of leadership is no longer successful.

- Create an environment that encourages High-performing Agile teams to deliver value
- Encourage continuous learning/ continuous improvement culture
Join us on November 3rd to learn about the importance of Leadership in Agile Transformation. How to develop Lean-Agile Leadership competencies and how to engage leaders in inintial conversations.

- Leadership and Career Develoment
If you have a topic of interest to share or know someone willing to share their time and talent with our community, we would love to hear from you.
