Super BA vs Reluctant PM

You love what you do, and you do it well. You're a "Super BA" of sorts. Then one day, your manager asks you to "temporarily" lead a project as the project manager. Reluctantly you agree, expecting only the worse. Although some people would consider this their big break, you will probably count down the days until the project ends. Is there a better way for you to approach this sudden career transition? Could you use this opportunity to grow your project management skills while confirming your passion for business analysis? Whether you are purposely looking to become a hybrid BA/PM or reluctantly doing it, we will discuss some tips to help you become more aware of your strengths in both roles.
Each quarter we will schedule a sessions for each of the following tracks:
- One of the BABOK six knowledge Areas
- BA Trends - Agile, Cybersecurity, Data Science and Analytics, Product Ownership Analysis
- Leadership and Career Develoment
