Charity Kamau

Bio
Including having both an MBA with concentration in Management Information Systems, a master’s degree in applied Sociology, a bachelor’s in psychology and an MIS degree, I have over 17 years of combined experience in both the Social Services and Information Management fields.

I can grow and handle responsibility. My present and past employers are very satisfied with my work, and I am confident that I can bring the same level of high performance to your organization.

Beyond that which is already mentioned, I am someone who knows how to set goals and achieve them. I have a proven track record of being able to conceive, develop & execute strategies with minimal supervision. I feel certain that my strong academic skills coupled with my ability to multitask will be of immediate value to your organization.

Focus
I enjoy learning new things and I'm constantly seeking new learning opportunities. I am also exceptionally organized as evidenced by the multiple teams I am supporting in my current role.

Ronald (Ron) Henson

Bio
Before joining the EPA, Ron served as the Deputy Assistant Inspector General for Inspections and Evaluations (I&E) at the District of Columbia Office of the Inspector General, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations and activities within the Inspections and EvaluationsUnit.

Ron was a career U.S. Army officer, and he last served in the Military District of Washington until retirement. His 26 years of distinguished service include serving as an Officer and Enlisted member in various leadership, organizational management, and operations management positions within the Military Police, Joint Services, and U.S. Army Staff assignments.
Ron earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Alabama State University. He also holds a Master of Science and Doctor of Business Administration degree in Quality Systems Management from The National Graduate School. Ron also has a Graduate Certificate in Public Leadership from George Washington University in Washington, DC. Currently, Ron is pursuing Purdue University’s Post Graduate Program in Business Analysis virtual cohort program.

Focus
When he’s not working, he enjoys raising his daughter (Taylor), and also enjoys playing golf, bike riding, and listening to smooth jazz music in his spare time.
 

Charmaine Hudson

Bio
Charmaine Hudson is currently an Innovation Engineer at Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance, where she leverages her 17+ years of experience in the Army Reserve and a strong background in business analysis to drive forward-thinking solutions. She has served as Secretary on the board of the Birmingham Chapter of IIBA for the last two years and previously a board position as the Public Relations Chair for the Junior Auxiliary of Rankin County, MS. Charmaine is skilled at working with cross-functional teams to define complex requirements and deliver effective, user-centered solutions. In her spare time, Charmaine loves to travel with her son, watch movies, read, and crochet.
