Meet Our Speaker:
Born in the shadow of the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Pamela Davis graduated from the University of Montevallo—Roll Tide/Purple Victory! After college, Pam began her career as a programmer trainee and has since progressed through a variety of roles, including computer operator, development team lead, application systems analyst, business systems analyst, Agile product owner, and, for the past several years, Agile Scrum Master.
With more than 30 years of experience across financial services and telephony, Pam has contributed as both a full-time employee and a consultant. Having worked on dozens of major initiatives throughout her career, she has developed the ability to balance competing priorities, navigate challenging timelines, interpret complex requirements, and collaborate effectively with a wide range of personalities.
Drawing on this extensive experience, Pam continues to embrace new challenges and exciting opportunities, both professionally and personally.
Pam Davis currently serves as a Sr ScrumMaster and Project Manager for the Retirement division at Protective Life in Birmingham AL.
