Alison Wills is the Senior Director, Enterprise Analyst at Protective, where she oversees a dynamic organization comprised of Business Systems Analysts and QA Analysts. With more than 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, Alison has established herself as a trusted leader known for her expertise in analysis, testing, technology-driven process improvements, acquisition integration, and strategic planning.
She began her career at Protective in 1989 and has since contributed to major projects, including the integration of 8 major life and annuity acquisitions, the launch of Protective’s first online customer service website, and the development of paperless operational workflows. Alison holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Birmingham-Southern College.
