Stanley Martin Jr.

Hello! I am currently a Business Analyst at McLeod Software. I have over 5 years of experience in the software development world in various industries. I take pride and joy with turning an idea into something useful that makes someones life a bit easier. I hold a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Alabama in Birmingham with the Entry Certificate in Business Analyst certification acquired in 2019 and Certified Business Analysis Professional certification acquired in 2023. In my free time I enjoy gaming, a great exercise, and a movie that keeps me glued to my seat!

My work experience includes roles as a Senior level Business Analyst in both the Quality Assurance and Project Management departments. In my current role, I am an IT business analyst supporting the onboarding, training, and implementation of software for our sites.

 

In my previous job, I served in several leadership roles in our Business Analyst Program/community of practice and helped to set the framework for the structure of the program.

Mickey Ferreiro

Mickey Ferreiro is a Senior Consultant at CTS. He is responsible for performing requirements analysis, project management, and business consulting for several clients in a variety of industries. He has seventeen years of experience in software development project work, including extensive experience in system requirements and business requirements analysis, requirements interviewing, data modeling, process modeling, and requirements documentation. He has been a member of the IIBA since 2007, has held the CBAP certification since 2010, and has served on the board of the IIBA Birmingham Chapter since 2011.
 
Mickey has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Florida International University and an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He and his wife have an eleven-year-old son. Outside of work, Mickey enjoys an array of nerdy gaming activities such as video games, board games, table top role-playing games, and Star Wars miniatures.

Ishwori Shrestha is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in senior management roles within Fortune 500 companies. She earned her bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Throughout her career, she's earned top performance accolades, driving success through her strategic vision and exceptional leadership. She's a Certified Scrum Master and Product Owner, bringing agile methodologies to the forefront of her projects and teams.

Beyond her corporate achievements, Ishwori is passionate about guiding and mentoring others to reach their full potential. She's known for her dedication to lifelong learning and recently made a bold career pivot into a completely different industry, showcasing her adaptability and thirst for new challenges.
With a track record of success and a heart for mentorship, Ishwori continues to inspire others to strive for excellence while embracing change.

 Gabriel is a seasoned professional with over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, strategic vision, and a commitment to excellence. He has a proven track record of driving growth, fostering innovation, and delivering results in dynamic and challenging environments.

Currently serving as a Business Analyst at Alfa Insurance, Gabriel oversees his responsibilities with diligence and dedication. He also has played a pivotal role in many projects and enhancements which have significantly contributed to the organization's success. Gabriel is known for his flexibility and adaptability, which has helped enable the team to consistently exceed expectations.

Gabriel also holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Troy University, where he graduated with Cum Laude honors. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in business. He will continue to engage in professional development activities, staying abreast of emerging trends and the best practices in business.
