BTO  (Back To the Offfice): The Why, What and How

In 2020 our workplaces underwent a profound transformation, ushering in an era of remote work - working from home. For many of us, the blurred lines between our professional and personal spaces became the new norm. But now in 2024, a transition that many of us are facing or will soon face is the journey back from the comfort of our homes to the bustling energy of the office. It's a transition that carries both excitement, concerns, challenges, and even frustration, as we navigate through a spectrum of emotions and adjustments.

In my upcoming presentation, let's talk about the Why, What and How of Going Back To the Office:

  • Why do I need to Go Back In the Office?
  • What Benefits Do I Get From Working In the Office?
  • How Do I Leverage It to My Advantage?

This is a virtual event presented via Zoom. Zoom info will be provided in your confirmation email and sent via a reminder.
