January 2022: Customer Journey Maps, Empathy Maps and Personas

Thursday, January 6, 2022 -
11:30am to 1:00pm

Customer Journey Maps, Empathy Maps, and Personas

Join us as we welcome Martina Svoboda back for an encore presentation after her popular presentation at our Business Analysis Development Day in August.
Martina is an Agile Enablement Lead at Southern Company. She will present a Customer centric approach - How to use advanced Product management techniques, like customer journey maps to understand customer needs.

Since Agile introduction in 2001 many organizations around the world transitioned from a project to a product-centric approach, and put the customer in the center of their business.

Many companies realized that delivering a good product or service requires better understanding of what their users want. Remember, “working software is not always valuable software”!
During this interactive session you will learn how to use advanced techniques like customer journey maps, personas, scenarios, and empathy maps to truly understand your customer.
You don’t understand your customers until you walk a mile in their shoes, and customer journey maps allows you to do just that.
We will use examples to showcase how to visually map customer experiences while interacting with a company. We will focus on many dimensions like customer needs, the steps they need to take to reach the goal, and how they feel during the process.
