Jira -101 for Business Analysts

New to agile and to Jira? Please join us for this webinar, in which consulting PM/BA and Atlassian-certified Jira Project Administrator Jay Ashford will walk us through an overview of agile project management, the suite of popular Jira tools used to manage agile projects, and how you as a Business Analyst (or Product Owner) can leverage this powerful tool to ensure that your team is aligned and focused on delivering the highest-value features and functionality first to your customers.

About our Speaker:
Jay Ashford is the principal and founder of ATS Partners, Inc., an Oakland-based consulting and training firm, focused on helping clients transition from current state to future state, regarding both business process and technology solutions.
He has 25 years' experience in the information technology domain, and 12 years' experience as a consulting IT project manager and business analyst. He currently holds PMP and ACP certifications from PMI.org, Certified Business Analysis Professional certification from IIBA.org, CSM and CSPO certifications from scrumalliance.org, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Aveta Business Institute.
For almost 6 years, he volunteered as a PMP bootcamp instructor for the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the PMI. He earned a BA degree in political-economics from U.C. Berkeley, and a Master of Business Administration from St. Mary's College of California. He lives in Oakland, California, and has been active in local civic and non-profit organizations, including the Bay Area chapters of the Project Management Institute and the International Institute of Business Analysis.
