BABOK defines Strategy as the most effective way to apply the capabilities of an enterprise to reach desired goals and capabilities.  Strategy may be captured in a Business Case, Product/Service Roadmap, Product Vision amongst other artifacts.  Strategy Analysis provides context to the requirements analysis and design in the project delivery phase.  Please join us as we welcome Seraphina Sharif.  In this presentation, Seraphina will be covering the importance of Strategy Analysis and how it connects with the various Business Analysis activities from creating potential to realizing actual value.

Seraphina's journey into Business Analysis began in 2000.  Throughout her years of consulting, she has worn many hats as a Business Analyst, Tester, Project Manager, Change Manager, and IT Procurement Specialist.  She is CBAP and SCMP certified and McGill MBA alumnus ('97).
